The challenge for this mass-produced residential housing is to design housing that is suitable for the market and keeps up with the millennial users. The problem statement is on how the design suits newlyweds but still holds the values and identity of the client and encourages different potential clients.
“There are need to design a contemporary home that is up to date with the current architectural models in the area and needs to revamp the design language of the development.”
“After understanding the millennial users' needs of the prospective clients, we created a series of housing designs for the next launch of the project. We analyze the competitors and produce designs competitive to the nearby development projects.”
The new design has attracted the millennial users target and the numbers of sales have increased 350% since the new launch of the new design product.

redefine the contemporary composition of housing projects utilizing natural materials to compose unique architectural looks. The design of the
house consists of spacious areas that are suitable for new families.
The external aesthetics of the house feature a tropical modern look that incorporates modern lines and dynamic forms. The chosen architectural
style fits perfectly within the climate factors and the surroundings. Looks of the new architectural design is one of the most modern and sought-
after models in the area.
What made up the design system in this housing project is mainly the clean and simple concept for the houses. The exterior and interior of the
house feel integrated into the design style enhancing the overall concept of the house. Elements of the design create a look of luxury in simplicity
in the presence.
